At The Smarter Service, our focus remains simple: helping older adults feel capable, confident, and connected with technology so it actually works for them. In 2025, we were able to extend that impact further than ever before.
Here’s what that progress looked like in 2025:
- We grew the number of senior living communities we support by 200%
- We delivered 3.4x ROI, 4.9-star resident satisfaction, and an average of 20% staff time reclaimed partner communities
- We expanded fraud awareness, scam prevention, and digital safety education, helping older adults feel safer and more confident online.
- Our content reached more people than ever, with over 40 million views across videos, resources, and tools designed to make technology more approachable for older adults.
- We collaborated with partners across the aging, senior living, and AgeTech ecosystem, shared our learnings at industry events nationwide, and earned recognition from trusted media and industry organizations.
- Our work was also honored with two McKnight’s Tech Award nominations, a meaningful acknowledgment of the impact happening on the ground.
- To meet growing demand, we expanded our team 3x, adding more Tech Concierges to ensure older adults continue to receive patient, personalized help.
