Problem Assessment
We'll help you assess the problems you have with any technical services or the difficulties you may have that could be resolved through technologies to ease the inconvenience.

Based on the life experience you share with our concierge, we will draft out the recommended Smarter services that you can rely on to empower your life with technology.






The Second Meeting
As a member of the Smarter family, your concierge will return with a refined solution and recommendations for your Smarter services.

Our concierge will come to your house at your best availability to solve the problems or difficulties to your great satisfaction.

Your concierge has been working on a customized plan for you. This is not a “one size fits all” set of recommendations. We pride ourselves on our ability to address your unique needs.

Your concierge will collect the contact info of family and friends, at your discretion, so that they can be included in your progress each step of the way.
