This initiative brings aging-in-place technology support to older adults in Grand Rapids, Michigan, helping them confidently use the digital tools that are now part of everyday life.
Through Avenues Concierge, powered by Dorvie, members can be connected with The Smarter Service for one-on-one tech guidance. Support includes help with devices, apps, online services, and digital safety, all delivered in a personalized, easy-to-use way designed specifically for seniors.
As more older adults express a desire to remain in their homes as they age, access to reliable tech support is becoming essential. From telehealth and communication tools to online services and home safety solutions, these tools only work if people know how to use them.
