Following the launch of our nationwide cybersecurity initiative together, we’ve already helped bring cyber safety education, fraud prevention workshops, free protection tools, and personalized support directly into senior living communities. Now, we’re building on that momentum with expanded access to Trend Micro ScamCheck.
ScamCheck works across the ways scammers most commonly strike: blocking spam texts before they reach your inbox, flagging suspicious links, screening scam calls in real time, and even detecting deepfake video calls. Not sure if something’s a scam? Just take a screenshot and the app’s AI will analyze it instantly.
For families supporting loved ones, ScamCheck’s built-in Family Circle feature offers an added layer of peace of mind. Add up to five family members and receive an instant alert if anyone in your circle encounters a potential scam, so you can step in before any damage is done, even from afar.
Trend Micro has provided The Smarter Service with free trials of ScamCheck, which our Tech Concierges will begin offering directly to members through one-on-one support sessions, in-home appointments, and virtual support. Free access is also available to first-time customers while supplies last.
Fraud prevention has long been a major focus for The Smarter Service.
