We recently experienced a really special moment that meant a lot to our entire team at The Smarter Service.
Westminster Village, one of our community partners in Scottsdale, Arizona, honored our on-site Tech Concierge, Lorenzo Halloran, during their employee appreciation event for the impact he has made supporting residents throughout the community.
What made the recognition even more meaningful is that Westminster Village did not previously have an award category for non-community employees. The resident council created one specifically to recognize Lorenzo and the relationships he has built with residents. It was the first award of its kind.
For us, this recognition reflects something we strongly believe: consistent, relationship-driven technology support matters.
When residents see the same trusted Tech Concierge day after day, technology support becomes about far more than troubleshooting devices or resetting passwords. It becomes about helping people stay connected to family, build confidence, engage with their community, and maintain independence.
We are incredibly proud of Lorenzo and grateful to the residents and team at Westminster Village for this recognition and partnership.
